Ethan founded GrowthForge AZ as a high school senior in Gilbert with a vision: help Arizona landscapers capture every customer opportunity through smart automation.
Growing up bilingual and tech-savvy, Ethan saw a gap in the market. Traditional business automation was expensive, complicated, and rarely offered true Spanish-language support. Meanwhile, Arizona's landscaping industry was booming but struggling with lead capture.
