1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using ClypForge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

ClypForge provides content repurposing services for YouTube creators. We use AI-powered tools and human creative oversight to transform long-form videos into short-form social media content.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available only to businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during application
  • Ensuring you own rights to all content submitted
  • Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
  • Complying with all platform policies when posting content we create

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Founding Client pricing is $297/month with a 2-month minimum commitment. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept credit card, debit card, and ACH transfers.

6. REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for Founding Clients. If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days, we will provide a full refund. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain all rights to your original content. By using our services, you grant ClypForge a limited license to process, edit, and repurpose your content for the purpose of delivering our services. We may use non-branded examples of our work for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

8. CONTENT GUIDELINES

We reserve the right to refuse service for content that:

  • Violates platform terms of service
  • Infringes on third-party intellectual property
  • Contains illegal material
  • Promotes hate speech or violence

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ClypForge is not responsible for:

  • Performance of clips on social media platforms
  • Platform policy violations resulting from posted content
  • Lost revenue or opportunities
  • Technical issues beyond our control

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations of these terms.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
